Personal Bio:

Nitesh Ranjan has completed his BA.LLB with specialization Hons. in International Law in 2014. He is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and a permanent member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. For his exemplary performance in his academic days, he received a Letter of Appreciation from Mr. Martin Hunter, Kings College, London. He was also offered an internship with renowned professor Mr. Philippe Cullet in IELRC.

Experience:

After his enrolment with the Bar, Nitesh Ranjan joined the Chambers of Mr. Ardhendumauli Kumar Prasad, AOR, and Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh. He has appeared and argued in over 200 cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He is also dealing with the regularization case of more than 1500 para-teachers before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand.

Mr. Ranjan has extensive knowledge in the field of Service Law, Constitutional Law, Hindu Law, Environmental Law, and Mining Law. These are the areas in which he practices and specializes.
