After completing his graduation, Piyush Singh has worked extensively in the field of Arbitration & Conciliation, gaining in-depth knowledge and skills to handle arbitration disputes in various fields. He is empaneled with the National Book Trust of India (Ministry of Education) and the Technology Information Forecasting Assessment Council, Department of Technology, Govt. of India. Mr. Singh has been dealing with disputes pertaining to Government Contracts, challenges to Policy decisions, and service matters. He also serves as counsel for PPG Asian Paints Pvt. Ltd., Amar Ujala Ltd., and Impressions Printing and Packaging Ltd., which has given him experience in handling matters involving high-stake financial liabilities and insolvency disputes. Additionally, he has argued the famous Art of Living Word Cultural Festival Case before the National Green Tribunal, a notable case regarding the impacts of human intervention on the environment. Furthermore, Mr. Singh has appeared for more than 20 corporate bodies in cases involving cheque bounce, builder-allottee-bank disputes, and Agreements. He has one of the largest portfolios of RERA cases, having appeared in more than 200 cases related to it.
